Strategic Map

Updating our Balanced Scorecard Management practice, methodology developed by Harvard Business School's teachers, Mr. Robert Kaplan and Mr. David Norton, in 1992, we´ve introduced our Strategic Map, recently added to BSC by these two professors.

Goal: To establish a connection between the Strategic Planning and the BSC indicators.
