The Laucherthal plant is the group's head office. This is where the business units of ZOLLERN Investment Casting, ZOLLERN Sand Casting and Forging as well as ZOLLERN Steel Profiles are located. In addition the management, central commercial and technical services as well as the marketing department are located at the group head office.

The ZOLLERN Drive Technology business unit is located at the Herbertingen plant. ZOLLERN develops and produces gearboxes and winches, electric direct drives, hydrostatic bearings, spindles and hydrostatic guides, rotary tables and systems for automation tasks here.
Maintenance and repairs are performed in the adjacent service centre. The global service deployments and spare parts deliveries are coordinated from here.
