ZOLLERN Investment Casting // EQX & DS / SX Shelling line

The next step for our new IGT / AERO Investment Casting production line has been completed. A seven axis ABB robot system was delivered, which will be a key part of the new EQX and DS/ SX shelling lines supplied by VA Technology that will be fully commissioned in August.

This will enable our investment casting team to produce large EQX components (up to 220 kg) as well as DS/SX components (up to 100 kg) for the industrial gas turbine and aerospace markets with cutting-edge process control.
