ZOLLERN Sand Casting and Forging offers individual component solutions made of copper, copper alloys and high and low-alloy steels for industries such as the maritime and offshore industry, pump construction, power generation, aviation, medical technology and mould making.
More than 150 steel and copper alloys are melted, cast and forged by experienced specialists.
Casting process: sand casting, Croning casting, shell casting, ceramic casting, continuous casting or centrifugal casting.
Forging process: open die forging, ring rolling, drop forging, for copper and copper alloys.
The cast and forged parts are mechanically finished to customer specifications, including all of the required quality checks and plant acceptances.
