Concentricity measurement of a hydrostatic rotary table

During the acceptance test for ZOLLERN rotary tables, concentricity accuracies of < 1.0 µm are verified with the aid of a capacitive measuring system. Depending on the size and customer requirements, this can be optimised down to < 0.3 µm.
